Magical Castles & Floral Swings — A Luxury Newborn Session in San Diego

There are sessions that stay with me long after the final image is delivered — and baby Victoria’s newborn session was one of those truly special days. The moment her family stepped into my cozy Oceanside newborn photography studio, everything felt warm, gentle, and full of love. Little Victoria brought such a peaceful presence, and it was an absolute joy to capture her first portraits with a luxury newborn session.

A Dreamy Floral Swing & Princess Castle Setup

Her parents had the sweetest vision for her session: a soft, dreamy floral swing and a fairy tale princess castle backdrop. As soon as we placed her on the floral swing surrounded by delicate blooms, she looked like she belonged in her own magical garden.

The princess castle setup felt like something out of a storybook — soft pastel tones, lace dress, and all the whimsical details that made her look like a little royal miracle. Watching her sleep so calmly in each scene melted my heart.

Serene, Loving Family Portraits

One of my favorite moments from the entire session was capturing her parents gently holding her, whispering to her, and simply soaking up the beauty of those early days. Their love for her filled the whole room. The family portraits from this session are soft, emotional, and incredibly sweet — images they will cherish for years and years.
